North America Free Trade agreement is one of the most important agreements between three countries namely Mexico, Canada and United States. This agreement allows the citizens of these three countries to get quick entry in any of these three countries for temporary business or investment reasons.

    A person who visits other country for the work of same company in other country is known as Intra Company Transferee. For this process you must have:
    Worked in the company on ongoing basis
    Work in the company for time period of at least one year in past three years.
    Work under the same company in Mexico or United States.
    Transferred to work under same employer in Canada.
    Work in a specialized job like Manager or Executive
    Hold a work Permit.

Traders and Investors

    If you want to work as Trader in Canada then
