A person who visits other country for the work of same company in other country is known as Intra Company Transferee. For this process you must have:
Worked in the company on ongoing basis
Work in the company for time period of at least one year in past three years.
Work under the same company in Mexico or United States.
Transferred to work under same employer in Canada.
Work in a specialized job like Manager or Executive
Hold a work Permit.
Traders and Investors
If you want to work as Trader in Canada then
You should be a part of planning during your work as an executive, supervisor or any other skilled jobs.
You should have a fair amount of Goods between your country and Canada
You must bring a large amount of investment from your company or country.
